Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and reputation · Regularly updating and optimising the website to reflect current initiatives and engage visitors · Maintain google business profiles and ensure up to date content and information · Overseeing content calendars and producing high-quality materials · Executing email marketing campaigns to inform and engage franchisees & customers · Creating professional documents, PowerPoint presentations, promotional flyers, social media graphics, and event materials to effectively support and promote Mathnasium UK · Maintaining brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints · Monthly, quarterly, and annual reports offering key insights and recommendations · Collaborating with the Marketing Manager and COO to review and develop new processes and initiatives · Set up of franchisee digital assets and training Your Skills · Meticulousness in producing high-quality materials · Expertise in managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously · Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Attention to detail and creative flare Your Qualifications and Experience · Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with strong expertise in campaign management and a keen eye for design and detail · Skilled in using digital marketing tools, design software, analytics platforms, survey tools, content management systems (WordPress), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Salary - £26,000 - £30,000 DOE
