ABOUT 1FIT People deserve a better online coaching experience within the health and fitness industry.
The demand for convenient and accessible health coaching has spiked but the systems have not kept up.
Coaches are limited by their time and their clients have to work harder than they should to integrate fitness into their life.
Since our launch in 2023, 1FIT has been on a mission to change that.
More detail, more efficiency, more flexibility and more accountability.
With 2 products used by 20,000 people globally, we're well on our way.
But we are nowhere near done yet.
With the products refined and incredibly well received by users, we're looking to impact as many people as possible.

We are a largely remote startup and want ambitious people who are passionate about putting great products into the hands of people who really benefit from them.
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a  marketing machine  to hit the ground running.
1FIT is in the business of getting it done.
With a hyper-connected audience, who are incredibly prevalent on social media, Growth Marketing is what will propel us past the competition in the eyes of our customers.
The role is about reaching the right people, and lots of them to grow the brand presence, build trust, and showcase what the next generation of health and fitness coaching looks like.
We are looking for an ambitious, experienced marketer to work alongside with the Directors and Marketing Agency to elevate our social presence, drive a substantial increase in MQLs and leverage our strong customer relations to drive brand awareness and pipeline.
The goal is to establish 1FIT as the go-to platform for thousands of coaches globally.
Subject to a successful contract period, we are keen to have a conversation about a permanent role heading up marketing as a division.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Immerse yourself in the Company Growth Strategy:  Analysing what has worked and identifying where the growth opportunities lie.
Develop and Execute on the Growth Strategies:  Develop and own integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase engagement and overall pipeline.
Prioritise and Optimise Marketing Channels:  Prioritise and enhance our efforts across inbound channels, specifically organic, paid digital, social, and referrals.
Enhance Website Performance:  Track performance, design landing pages, and conduct A/B tests to boost our website's conversion rates.
Enhance Social Performance:  Track performance, design social shop windows, and optimise to boost warm and inbound leads.
SEO Optimisation:  Optimise content for search engines (SEO) to enhance online visibility and attract organic traffic.
Formulate Strong Brand Messaging:  Refining the brand message, making the creatives and solidifying our positioning within the market.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED At least 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing preferably in a hyper-growth SaaS company that operates lean.
Experience owning the strategic direction and optimisation without hand holding.
Have executed marketing campaigns across multiple countries (UK, EU, UAE, AU) using paid media to successfully grow pipeline Willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute upon your own marketing strategy.
Expertise in Paid Social, Organic Social, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, Referral, CRO, and SEO.
A strong understanding of key channels (Meta, Email, Website, Google, TikTok).
Proficient in demand generation, marketing operations, and analytics.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
Knowledge of markets and competitive landscape in the SaaS industry with strong competitor analysis to inform decisions.
Passion for Health and Fitness and ambition to develop into a global marketing leader.
COMPENSATION & LOCATION £25,000 - Negotiable.
Remote working.
Ideally able to travel to London when required.
