The Role: We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant with 1-2 years of experience to support our marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and assist in various marketing activities, including email marketing, social media management, content creation, and SEO.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
Collaborate with the team to manage and update content on the company's website and social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and regular interactions on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist to create engaging content such as blog posts, graphics, videos, and more, while also supporting video content creation for brand and product promotion on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Help track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, email campaigns, and video content, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Monitor SEO, web traffic metrics, and PPC efforts, offering recommendations based on analysis from tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and HotJar.
Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and identifying new opportunities for digital growth.
Support email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ReachInbox, and in-house tools, while managing contact lists and optimising lead nurturing processes.
Assist in LinkedIn prospecting and executing plans to acquire strategic partners.
Help manage affiliate marketing programs, identify new affiliates, and optimise the program to maximise ROI.
Contribute to backlink acquisition strategies, conducting outreach to relevant websites and influencers, and tracking performance to improve search visibility.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and potential new channels or strategies, ensuring the company remains ahead in a competitive landscape.
Essential: Min 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field Basic knowledge of email marketing and CRM systems Familiarity with social media platforms and 'video/multimedia' content creation Understanding of SEO principles and tools Excellent communication and organisational skills Eager to learn and develop new skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Creative thinker with analytical skills Bonus Points for: Experience in using HubSpot.
