Job Title: Digital Manager Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid - 3 days in-office) Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits We're seeking a talented and experienced Digital Manager to join a thriving Marketing team.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to balance flexibility with in-office collaboration, working on exciting projects that drive e-commerce success.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and enhance our e-commerce platforms to drive sales and customer engagement.
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC and SEO campaigns to achieve measurable results.
Develop and manage CRM strategies , ensuring a personalized and seamless customer experience.
Create and deliver impactful campaigns and content across digital channels.
Oversee website management , ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
Collaborate with and manage external agencies to meet marketing objectives effectively.
Skills and Experience Required: At least 5 years' experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce .
Proven expertise in PPC , SEO , CRM , and campaign management.
Demonstrable experience in website management and content optimization.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
