About the Role As the People Scaling Digital Implementation Lead, you will:o Lead the planning and execution of digital HR transformation projects across the People Scaling Oversee project lifecycles, monitor milestones, and manage action owners to ensure deadlines are Facilitate software implementation, including testing and quality assurance before Provide training and support to ensure all stakeholders are equipped to use new systems Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling project-related queries and problem-solving.

Main duties of the job Planning and organisation: o Responsible for project planning, throughout a project Monitor project milestones and manage action owners to ensure deadlines are Ensure projects follow recognised standards (, PRINCE 2) & Trust standards for Develop project and programme documentation and supporting materials, information, and Attend and take minutes, including actions, at Manage co-design and update stakeholders throughout the programme/project lifecycle.
Implementation: o Facilitate the delivery and implementation of digital HR programmes within People Work with end users to problem solve and achieve maximum benefits during implementation, including software testing and quality assurance before implementation into a 'live' Manage own workload, planning and prioritising tasks, using initiative, and acting autonomously within the scope of the programme/project to achieve the planned benefits.
