What You'll Do The Digital Domain Value team is responsible for governing and optimising the resourcing and billing of our Digital Domain to maxismise customer and operational value across Digital.
Our Digital Domain has a budget of circa £50m Capex per year supporting across 50+ Digital Squads and supporting teams via 1000+ resources (internal and external).
We are looking for an innovative, self-motivated, results-driven, enthusiastic individual who is willing to take ownership to accomplish set goals and develop/execute own ideas.
We are looking to optimise and grow our domain model and so looking for a team who can bring new ideas and drive efficiencies.
Support the day-to-day management and health of the Digital Domain and relevant budget.
Work closely with Portfolio, PMO and Finance to support Digital CAPEX spend and reporting.
Reporting on supplier resource and capacity forecasting.
Capacity metrics and reporting, including looking at automation of key processes across the function.
Data analysis to support business requests and presenting back findings to stakeholers.
Driving automation and efficiencies across Digital Domain processes.
Who You Are Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with all levels within an organisation.
Ability to work well within a team and independently.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel where there are tight delivery milestones.
Strong numerical analytical skills, being able to problem solve to pull out key patterns and trends.
Ability to present findings back to various levels of stakeholders.
Data and finance analysis experience.
Intermediate excel skills.
Ability to understand, automate and improve financial controls and processes.
