We are currently looking for an organised individual to join our DeliveryTeam.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams, resources, risks, and stakeholders.
As a Digital Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of a portfolio of interconnected projects contributing to broader strategic goals.
Key responsibilities include defining and delivering projects within specified timelines and budgets, ensuring client understanding and adherence to project roles and responsibilities, championing agile processes, and facilitating effective communication among internal teams, clients, and our board.
Key Responsibilities: Define and deliver projects according to approved user stories and designs.
Identify and document decision makers and roles within client organisations.
Champion agile processes internally and externally.
Communicate project progress and delivery schedules to clients, appointed teams, and our board.
Field feedback and communications between account managers, clients, and the project team.
Ensure client sign-off at required project stages.
Establish and monitor invoice milestones for timely client payments.
Coordinate with the production team, appoint resources and schedule work.
Write user stories and project initiation documents, creating and maintaining project delivery plans.
Address changes, modifications, or issues affecting project delivery with relevant parties.
Provide end-project reports upon completion, including all elements defined in the production process document.
Strategic Portfolio Management: Design and monitor strategic objectives and goals for project portfolios.
Regularly report on project contributions toward business goals.
Independently manage and deliver program benefits and outcomes.
Evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement.
Maintain a SWOT analysis to identify and resolve risks.
Independently manage internal and external stakeholders and oversee resources and dependencies.
Independently manage, track and report on the programme budget.
Oversee multiple projects with responsibilities including client liaison, securing resources, documentation, internal communication, and adherence to processes.
