Job title: Digital Construction Manager Location: Morpeth, Northumberland Contract: Full Time, Permanent About the Role In this role, you'll join the Digital Team, empowering teams through advanced tools and technology to support every phase of project delivery—from inception to operation.
You'll focus initially on a high-profile, £75M construction project within public sector.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and complete Information Management (IM) Gateway forms across project tenders, ensuring alignment with assurance protocols and evaluating the design team's capabilities.
Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 by managing, sharing, and exchanging information within the common data environment for all project stakeholders.
Drive and promote digital strategies across teams, providing actionable feedback to the Senior Digital Construction Manager and maintaining documentation.
Compile monthly reports to measure digital adoption across the business, ensuring consistent progress and continuous improvement.
Champion a digital-first culture across project teams, including design, commercial, operations, planning, and SHEQ, enhancing collaboration and boosting digital competency across all departments.
Qualifications and Skills: Proficiency with ISO 19650 standards.
Solid understanding of openBIM standards, including IFC and COBie, to support interoperability.
Experienced in digital tools for model viewing and interrogation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
