We're looking for a Digital Construction Manager to join our Build Team based in Morpeth.
Location : Morpeth, Northumberland Contract : Full Time, Permanent with flexible hours considered   What will you be responsible for?
As a Digital Construction Manger you'll be working within the Digital Team, focussing on enabling the use of appropriate tools and technologies to support project delivery from inception to in use.
You will be working on a project circa £75M that will involve the delivery of major construction on an existing prison campus.
Your day to day will include: Monitor the completion of our IM Gateway forms across all tenders to fulfil assurance procedures relating to early assessment of design team capability and internal resource considerations.
Responsible for ensuring the use of the common data environment to manage, share and exchange information, adhering to ISO 19650 across relevant projects Responsible for promoting digital strategies that are implemented across the business and projects and provide feedback to Senior Digital Construction Manager to ensure progress is being made and commitment to documentation is being observed Responsible for contributing to monthly reports to identify and measure digital implementation within the business unit and across projects Responsible for raising awareness and the profile of digital implementation within the business unit / project functional departments including business development, work winning, estimating, design management, building services, commercial, planning, operational and SHEQ driving our cultural  and behavioural change to a digital first mentality   What are we looking for?
This role of Digital Construction Manager is great for you if you have: Good understanding of the ISO 19650 series of documents Ability to discuss in detail openBIM standards such as IFC and COBie to support information interoperability Understanding and experience of appropriate software tools to view and interrogate models Proficient skills in standard Microsoft Office 365
