Black Country Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Digital Communications Officer for an exciting new challenge.

In this role, you will engage key audiences, including patients, staff, and health organisations, to enhance the Trust's digital presence.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with two days per week spent at Trust locations across the Black Country region (locations may vary) and three days working from home" Main duties of the job As a Digital Communications Officer, you will lead and develop digital communications strategies, working within an innovative Communications Team to engage internal and external communities effectively.
You will enhance the Trust's digital presence, supporting key services and driving initiatives such as digital briefings and project support.
Your responsibilities include maintaining the Trust's website and intranet, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, and user-friendly.
You will create compelling content to increase site traffic, manage social media channels, and build influence on platforms such as X, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
In this role, you will utilise analytics to assess the effectiveness of digital communications, making data-driven improvements, and horizon scanning for emerging digital innovations to enhance engagement with stakeholders.
You will also produce designed and multimedia content, such as videos and infographics, ensuring all materials align with the Trust's branding guidelines while supporting key projects and services.

Maintaining and developing the Trusts public-facing website, ensuring that itis engaging, accessible, and easy to navigate.
Working with the team to build our influence on social media (including X,Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn) by producing andmanaging engaging content across all channels.
