About the roleJoin our dynamic team where collaboration and growth are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for agile, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about nurturing and inspiring those around them. In this role, you'll lead and develop a team of two Associates and be an integral part of the Leadership team within the Communications & Corporate Brand (C&CB) group, as well as the broader Corporate Affairs and Sustainability organisation.
You will be accountable for managing global corporate digital channels and influencing local corporate channels. This position requires strong partnerships with the External Affairs and HR teams to ensure alignment on messaging and external communication strategies. You'll also activate impactful programmes by collaborating with the regional and market communications network to drive consistency and scalability.
Your responsibilitiesIn summary, you'll:
Define and execute the digital strategy for corporate channels in line with our corporate communications strategic priorities, defining the audience groups and associated content strategy to positively impact their views of Reckitt.Establish an effective content model and principles for corporate owned digital channels globally and locally.Contribute to the Corporate Affairs Editorial Board to ensure there is the appropriate prioritisation and impact of all communications to employees and to provide a regular stream of stories, contributing to the business storytelling efforts aligned to the global narrative.Advise on reactive communications, being ready to create and deploy tactics to risk mitigate, particularly on social.Build digital communications capability of senior leaders in partnership with the Communications Business Partners to leverage their personal digital profiles.Partner with External Affairs on the key messaging and external opportunities which can be leveraged across the corporate digital channels.Partner with Talent Acquisition to align the approach across social and web to meet the respective objectives.Build an effective partnership with IT&D to ensure the infrastructure to support our digital channels is robust and evolves to meet our needs.Build and develop the high performing digital communications team with clear objectives, capabilities and development plans.The experience we're looking forCirca 10+ years digital communications expert.Strategic communications planning and execution.External & Internal channel optimisation and content development.Social media management and activation.Content marketing and development, including SEO & SEM.Stakeholder engagement, particularly with senior leaders in a business.Strong business acumen and experience of operating within a leadership team outside core area of expertise.Measurement and analytics.Web development and build.The skills for successEmotional intelligence, Listening skills, Writing skills, Presentation skills, Interpersonal skills, Digital skills, Research skills, Time management skills, Adaptability, Stakeholder engagement and influence, Strategic thinking, Risk management, Business Acumen, Leadership, Brand Strategy, Relationship management.
