Shape your journey onboard and offshore with usOur digitalization team are looking for a catalogue specialist to create, update and maintain online catalogues and contracts across our digital platforms.Working with internal partners and customers to create catalogues, increasing transparency for seamless online ordering.This person will also be involved with the administration of our digital platforms.
The role is UK, Poland or Finland based, ideally the successful applicant(s) will be located close to Bournemouth.
The Digital Catalogue Specialist reports directly to the Head of Digital Channels.Main tasks and responsibilities Ownership of catalogue and contract solution Accountable for compiling, reviewing customer material data and aligning with MacGregor Info records Coordinating with customers and internal teams to gather product data Resolving catalogue related issues and discrepancies Reviewing and editing images and descriptions for clarity and accuracies Analyzing catalogue performance and making recommendations for future improvements Administration tasks associated with digital channels Interest Group:Internal solution owners, Business development, GSD Management, Account managers and Key users.
What you'll need to succeed Education:Business administration or similar Experience:2 years of work experience in material management or similar work Attention to detail Ability to articulate information to relevant parties SAP and Salesforce experience and technical proficiency Communication and teamwork abilities Open to new ideas and approaches to innovation.
