Digital Business Analyst

Digital Business Analyst - Permanent - circa £56,000 plus benefits - hybrid We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital BA to join a growing retail company.
You will support on customer facing projects including web, mobile & CRM.
What you will be doing: Attend / Lead workshops with internal stakeholders to understand detailed business requirements Write comprehensive acceptance criteria and work with wider teams to ensure understanding Refine user stories and participate in agile ceremonies as required Work closely with Product Owners and cross functional delivery teams to focus on value driven delivery that supports innovation, optimisation, and maintenance of digital products Using data to inform decision making and look for opportunity to optimise digital performance Key Requirements: Experience working as Business Analyst on web based projects.
Mobile App experience would be advantageous Experience with a CMS such as Adobe, Sitecore or Optimizely Have worked in a consumer organisation such as Retail, Hotels or Restaurants Experience of working with both waterfall, agile and hybrid methodologies
