Apprenticeships are Government funded, work-based training programmes for recruiting full-time people ages 16+ (there is no upper age limit) and providing them with the opportunity to combine 'on the job' training with a nationally recognised.
The apprenticeships programme, funded through the Welsh Government supports training costs.
The employer works with an approved training provider for this apprenticeship at Safran Seats it is University of South Wales.

The Technical Support Analyst role supports the operations and maintenance of an effective technology stack focused on delivering the support needed for the SGB business.Providing support through the ServiceNow system, they work with other members of the SGB IT Team to deliver standard fixes and changes across all solutions.Functional support of the day-to-day operational delivery of the technical solution is also part of the Technical Support Analyst responsibilities.The Technical Support Analyst is aware of most aspects of the Information Technology deployed in the SGB business.

Successful candidates will ideally have achieved, or expect to achieve at least 3 A-Levels (or equivalent).
Successful candidates will also need to hold GSCEs in Math and English - Grade A-C or 4-9.
