We're seeking a Digital and CRM Marketing Executive to join the team and help deliver impactful marketing campaigns for Toyota & Lexus retailers.
In this role, you'll work closely with Digital and CRM teams, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Content Management: You'll ensure that the content on Toyota and Lexus retailer websites meets both customer and retailer needs.
This includes managing content updates, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring that tracking and tagging are in place for accurate reporting.Collaborate with the Digital Content and Development teams to deliver a roadmap for retailer websites.
Use data insights to recommend optimizations that improve website performance and enhance user experiences.
CRM Campaigns: Deliver the agreed CRM roadmap and activities that support effective partnership marketing.
You'll use data to develop robust test-and-learn programs aimed at improving CRM performance.
Manage CRM reporting and results, providing updates to key stakeholders.
Work with internal teams to explore creative, data-driven strategies that enhance customer relationships and deliver outstanding experiences.
Agency Management & Collaboration: You will brief and deliver marketing campaigns either through your own efforts or by collaborating with external agencies.
A key part of your role will be managing timelines, priorities, and KPIs, ensuring projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.
Innovation & Problem Solving: In the ever-evolving landscape of marketing technologies, you'll be expected to think creatively, find innovative solutions, and proactively suggest ways to improve marketing efforts.
This could include experimenting with new ideas or optimizing existing processes.
