What you'll be doingYou will play a crucial role in empowering, developing, and upskilling our colleagues to achieve results through the utilization of digital tools and techniques aimed at driving continuous improvement.You will be responsible for leading the design, delivery, and management of a digital adoption program for colleagues and teams.This role is diverse, initially involving engagement with business areas to understand their needs, followed by the creation and delivery of engaging presentations, as well as hands-on configuration of features to enhance user experience and adoption.Our initial focus includes the company-wide rollout and adoption of Microsoft collaboration products and improving the colleague experience through tools such as Teams and SharePoint, eventually progressing to the development of competence and confidence in day-to-day tools.More about youYou should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and engaging presentations that make technical concepts more accessible.You must have proven experience in planning and delivering adoption programmes, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.You should be adept at managing stakeholder engagement, risk management, and process reporting.Practical experience with Microsoft collaboration products, such as Teams and SharePoint, is essential.
This experience should illustrate how adopting these tools can significantly enhance ways of working.You should provide evidence of successfully delivering adoption projects that achieved desired outcomes and benefits within specified timeframes.
