Digital Accessibility Coordinator

We have a fantastic role for a candidate with excellent skills and a strong interest in digital production to join our client, a highly prestigious Academic and Professional publisher based in London, they are now seeking a Digital Accessibility Coordinator to join their team on a 6 month FTC.
This is a hybrid role, and could be based in their London or Oxford office 2 days a week.

The Digital Accessibility Coordinator will support the digital production team in providing administrative support, in particular in relation to accessibility in line with the European Accessibility Act to ensure consistent strategies across different departments and divisions.
The successful candidate will have exceptional organisation and time management skills, with some understanding of HTML / CSS and responsive design.
A good knowledge of Word and Excel and ideally some knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage, along with a keen eye for detail and strong organisation skills.
An understanding of digital production or digital book publishing experience is important and an understanding of accessibility standards would be an advantage.
