Person Specification Qualifications Essential Typing and word/text-processing skills to RSA II or equivalent GCSE English Language Grade C or equivalent.
Competent Microsoft Excel user.
Competent Microsoft Word user.
Competent Microsoft Outlook user.
Desirable NVQ 2 in customer service and/or administration 4 GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
Experience Essential Previous experience of working in an office Desirable previous NHS experience Knowledge of medical terminology.
Working knowledge of Medway/Careflow.
Working knowledge of Summary Care Record.
Knowledge Essential Ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently with the minimum of supervision.
