Requirements Ideally you will have experience of working a franchisedealership workshop and have a NVQ level 3 or equivalent plus extensive experience of mechanical and electrical diagnosis.

Up-selling is a large part of the role and makes up a proportion of the earning potential along with customer service related targets.
