Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic administrator to join the Diabetes Team as a Support Secretary.
You will be joining a friendly and hardworking team, who's aim is to provide a comprehensive diabetic service to patients, carers and health care professionals to learn more about diabetes and its treatment.
We are looking for a colleague who enjoys team working and takes ownership and responsibility for providing an excellent service.
The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to our Clinical Nurse Specialists and Consultants.
Main duties of the job To provide comprehensive administration and secretarial services to the Clinical Nurse Specialists and Consultants in the Diabetes Team, including duties such as answering telephone, taking messages, resolving queries and supporting projects within the department.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
