In this role, you'll work closely with the NHS to implement best practices in diabetes care.
Through remote consultations, you'll support practices in delivering a high standard of care, focusing on improving patient education and outcomes in line with national guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide remote support and guidance to healthcare teams on diabetes management and treatment options.
- Ideally able to prescribe - Conduct virtual consultations with patients, focusing on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and medication adherence.
- Work collaboratively with NHS partners to implement the latest treatment protocols, drive best practices, and improve diabetes care delivery.
- Educate healthcare professionals on treatment pathways and strategies to manage diabetes in line with national standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements: - NMC registration with demonstrated expertise in diabetes care.
