To support vulnerable people and victims of domestic abuse and their families to make a real difference.
About the RoleThe role will include : Overseeing and monitor the recommendations and actions tasked to individuals, agencies and bodies originating from Leicestershire and Rutland Domestic Homicide Reviews (DHRs).
Highlighting and referring to remedial action to support completion.
Support the assessment of the impact of these actions.
Supporting the DHR Chair/Author, Panel and Safeguarding Partnerships Business Officer in the development of recommendations/actions during the DHR process which are Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timely (SMART).
Retain an overview and organisational memory of previous review recommendations and actions to support the DHR process.
liaise with stakeholders and other statutory and voluntary agencies to support the DHR process.
Working with the Safeguarding Partnerships Manager and other staff members from the Safeguarding Partnerships Business Office to support specific tasks and projects within safeguarding partnership areas of business.
Demonstrate personal responsibility by being self-motivated to produce high quality and timely work when operating without supervision.
The work is mainly office hours, but occasionally some flexibility may be required.
Some travel may be necessary so it would be useful to have access to transport.
About YouTo apply for this post, you must have:: NVQ4 level in Project Management/Business Administration or equivalent, or appropriate experience to this level.
Experience of working on projects in a supportive, enabling role.
Experience of organising and facilitating key meetings and events with a focus on decisions, risks and actions.
Understanding of Domestic Homicide Review (DHR) processes, Safeguarding Children partnership and Safeguarding Adults Board functions and structures.
Ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders across all agencies.
