We're seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive innovation, streamline workflows, and ensure system reliability and scalability.
Your Impact As DevOps Lead, you'll take ownership of our production, QA, and development environments, ensuring their reliability and performance.
You'll lead the transition to cloud-native technologies, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and champion operational excellence across teams.
Key Responsibilities Optimise and Maintain Environments : Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production, QA, and development systems.
Advance Monitoring and Automation : Design and implement monitoring systems, set alert mechanisms, and automate deployments.
Cloud Leadership : Drive adoption of cloud-native technologies, particularly Azure Cloud Platform.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Innovate and Mentor : Explore and integrate emerging tools like Kubernetes and SRE practices while mentoring a talented DevOps team.
What We're Looking For Expertise in C#, .NET, SQL Server, IIS , and Azure DevOps .
Experience with large databases, performance tuning, and deployment automation tools (e.g., TeamCity, Octopus Deploy).
Leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and fostering collaboration.
Knowledge of the energy trading sector is a plus.
Relevant certifications (Azure, DevOps) are an advantage.
