Devops Engineer

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team.
You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising CI/CD across our global operations.
This role is based in our Abingdon office with a hybrid work setup and may involve occasional travel.
In this role, you will play a key part in building, automating, and maintaining our deployment pipelines and infrastructure, ensuring efficient software releases and streamlined operations.
Responsibilities include developing and managing CI/CD tools, supporting developers with integration challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold high operational standards.
You will work closely with our IT and Development teams to maintain seamless, scalable, and resilient systems that support our applications and services.
Additionally, you'll perform configuration management, troubleshoot deployment issues, and maintain source code repositories.

You should be able to communicate technical concepts clearly, work collaboratively across teams, and proactively improve processes for efficiency and reliability.
With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will continuously improve our deployment and infrastructure capabilities.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience in DevOps, along with expertise in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and cloud platforms, is required.
