Location | Workplace policy: Fully Remote Salary: £65k - £70k (DOE) + Perks With significant financial investment, the company has progressed well beyond the start-up stage and is now looking for a DevOps specialist to help optimise its infrastructure and database through user considered strategies.
What will you be doing?
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with development and other teams.
Shape the future of our platform with architects and engineers.
Manage and improve monitoring, alerting, and infrastructure.
Maintain high-quality DevOps solutions and documentation.
Key skills needed: Cloud and Containerization: Proven experience working with serverless architectures or containerized systems (e.g., Docker) on cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
CI/CD Proficiency: Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD tools and methodologies for automating software delivery.
Infrastructure as Code: Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and experience with tools like Terraform.
Observability: Comfort with using observability tools to build and maintain highly observable systems that provide deep insights into live platform environments.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for effectively sharing knowledge and collaborating with engineering teams.
Technology Preference: Experience with TypeScript and Node.js is a plus but not required.
