Development Underwriter

As a Development Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting a profitable book of UK Property and Casualty business, with a panel of brokers to develop.
Key aspects of the role include; Developing and underwriting new business Underwriting renewal business Building and maintaining relationships with a panel of brokers Providing an outstanding service to customers Maintaining accurate systems and documentation and producing reports as required We re looking for candidates with the following attributes; Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on being part of a successful team Existing relationships with a number of brokers in the South East of England, including London Advanced communication, negotiation and analytical skills ACII qualified Ability to work with a variety of systems and look for efficiencies in business processes
