Development Surveyor

MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced General Practice/Development Surveyor to join a local authority based in Southeast London.
In this role, you will support the Council's asset management and growth objectives, delivering professional property services including valuations, estate management, and development appraisals.Candidates will be expected to be on site 1-2 days per week, with homeworking available the rest of the time.
This is a permanent role to start as soon as possible with a salary of up to £53,241 per annum.
