Development Manager - North

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are on the lookout for an ambitious individual, who doesn't want the normal.
Our CEO is 23 – we want someone who wants to make a change, and help us develop, promote and grow our brand and programmes in the north.
You must hold a UK's drivers license, and either hold or have the ability to gain an enhanced DBS.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
·  You would be in-charge of overseeing the day to day running of our Academy programme in the North, in collaboration with our Elite 7s Team Operations Manager and ultimately our CEO/Founder.
·  You would ensure our North West, Yorkshire and North East academy programmes are delivering first class coaching provision to our elite athletes, and all running to our world-class standards including facilities, equipment and logistics.
·  You would be a connect to clubs, to enable us to grow our coaching provision with masterclasses and performance camps.
·  You will play a big part in the development, execution and marketing of the EggChaser 7s North and EggChaser North Schools 7s both based at Darlington Mowden Park RFC this year.
·  You will be an ambassador, supporting and promoting what we represent as a brand and family.
This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis dependant on the candidate and their shared vision for the programme.
