Installations Manager - A Challenging, Varied & Interesting Management Role.
Based in Leicester, involves travel nationwide.
Responsible for team of installers and success of installations.
Delivery and installation of plants and green walls to offices, hotels, restaurants.
Monday – Friday, 0700 to 1630 with 30mins.
This dynamic and varied role involves leading the Installations team, managing their daily workload, resolving issues, implementing changes, and driving team improvement.
The ideal candidate has strong people-management skills, is flexible, organized, quality-focused, and excels in customer service, embodying a proactive "can-do" attitude.
The role demands adaptability to rapidly changing scenarios, flexible working hours, and occasional out-of-hours problem-solving.
While primarily office-based the position also involves occasional site visits.
