As a Development Coach, youll play a key role in developing skills, boosting performance, and creating an exceptional experience for both employees and customers.
Youll work closely with specialists, delivering engaging coaching sessions that inspire growth and elevate customer satisfaction.
Design and deliver impactful coaching sessions to enhance team performance and align with key operational goals.
Support and guide teams to provide outstanding Customer and Dealer Experiences, ensuring theyre confident and well-prepared.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments, acting as a bridge to bring fresh insights and drive positive change.
Once training is complete, youll enjoy a flexible hybrid work model, with three days a week in an incredible office in Bristol and 2 days at home.
