Development Accountant

A prominent Housing Association that has been running for over 50 years is looking for a Development Accountant to join their collaborative, passionate team.

The organisation are looking for a Development Accountant to come in on a 12 Month FTC (to begin with) to join the driven, dynamic team.
Role: Monitor Development Portfolio Reconcile Development costs and assist with cash flow preparation Production of Monthly Management Accounts Budgeting, forecasting and liaising with budget holders Requirements: Qualified Accountant with housing association experience desired Experience in management accounting and budgeting Strong excel and IT skills Willingness to get involved with various projects and adhoc tasks If this role is of interest, please get in touch as the position is moving quickly.
