Despatch Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Despatch Administrator to join our client in Poole, they are a well established local company who are now recognised as a leading global brand In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.
You will be an integral part of the team as they have a global portfolio of customers, you will be sending orders within the UK, Europe, USA and ROW, which will be a mixture of road, sea and air freight.
This is a straight permanent opportunity that can offer an immediate start.
You will be working Monday to Friday with an earlier finish on Fridays, the salary is £24,000-£27,000 DOE.
The duties for the successful Despatch Administrator: Achieving daily despatch schedules Keeping on top of the progress of customer Sales Orders Preparing accurate and compliant shipping and export documentation Despatching goods from the CRM/ERP system Negotiating with suppliers on price and lead time Raising Works Order, Purchase Orders & Subcontract Purchase Orders Assisting within the factory and warehouse as and when needed during busy periods.
