Desktop Support Specialist

We are currently working with an FE College based in Guildford who are looking for a Desktop Support Specialist to join them on a permanent basis.
HOURS OF WORK: Full Time (37 Hours per Week) Term time : Shift pattern to cover Mon, Wed, Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Tues, Thurs 08:00 – 19:00 Non-term time: 08:30 – 17:00 PERSON SPECIFICATION: EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENTS OR ACADEMIC / PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Work-based experience in computing or a related field Professional accreditation is desirable but not essential ESSENTIAL WORK EXPERIENCE: At least 18 months to 3 years experience with hands-on skills in the following areas: Using and supporting MS Windows and Mac OS (desirable) Software and Hardware troubleshooting skills.
Microsoft 365 ITIL v4 Understanding of Networking Fundamentals.
