Duration - 3 Month ProjectJob Summary:The IT support engineer is responsible for providing onsite support in installing and troubleshooting of customer's IT infrastructure (EUC, Servers and Networking equipment)..
The role will involve significant travel to customer site.Key Responsibilities:Perform the On-Site IT services and support (walk-in and on-site support)Support the local IT infrastructureCollaborate and engage with different business teams on IT related mattersProvide user training and on-boardingSupport meeting rooms and AV equipmentSupport end-user equipment as per client's standardsAssist and collaborate in IT project implementation as assigned by Lead or IT Operations managerPerform visits to remote/ dispatched sites when applicablePerform troubleshooting for all Laptop related queries which may also include Microsoft product suite related queriesBrowser troubleshootingRe-imaging laptopsMaintaining inventory of equipmentRecording all support incidents in Service-Now and work towards achieving the response and resolution KPIsKeep aging incidents under checkProvide reports of open incidents and actions being taken to resolve those incidents.
