Desk Based Engineering Assistant Manager ( 12 months contract ) Great team supportive environment previous motor insurance claims experience Skills & Experience A professional and adaptable communication style to be able to converse with all Reporting into Desk operations manager Responsibility for settlement of Total Loss claims including obtaining policy info indemnity checks payment requests payment confirmations MIAFTR entry salvage disposal Engagement with Davies Tech team Escalation management Ensure targets are reached, maintained To produce daily statistics Development of team to achieve client SLA's via support and coaching and feedback Ensure a high level of staff engagement Assisting in conducting regular performance and audit reviews Continuous improvement focus leading excellent customer service To challenge processes to continue improvement of best practise.

Excellent time management skills with a proactive approach and attitude Strong numeracy, literacy and IT skills Being able to adjust quickly and efficiently to maximize efficiency of the team/workloads.
Previous vehicle valuation experience (Glass's / CAP etc…) would be advantageous but not a requirement.
