Job Description We are looking for a Designer who is:Experienced high street fashion design across menswearCommercially aware of current trends and themes, developing the brand and working with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with the customers' direction and critical path within sometimes tight deadlines.An excellent communicator and someone who is comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels, including customers and factories and third parties based in the Far East and EuropeHighly organised, efficient and able to work to tight deadlinesHave experience working within in a fast-paced environmentProficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), photoshop and Illustrator, 3D design skills are beneficialAbility to design shape and graphics – With a graphics focusTo have garment technical knowledge, and ability to generate detailed tech packsDriven and results orientatedProactive, positive and solutions focusedEducated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business or retailAbout the Recruitment Process:If this is a role you are interested in or if you believe this role could be a good match for you, we would love to hear from you.Please attach your portfolio and cover letter including your notice period and salary expectations.The interview process will consist of two interviews and a design project:Initial interview, with the hiring manager and a member of the HR teamIf successful in the initial interview, a design project will be setSecond interview, in person, with the hiring manager and teamPlease note, we are not working with any recruitment agencies at this time.
