We currently have a vacancy to join one of the world's leading, global defence, security and aerospace companies as a Senior CAD Designer.
The role will be based in Barrow in Furness and requires the successful candidate to be on site 5 days per week.
Flexible working hours are available.
Joining the Hull & Outfit team, you will be surrounded and supported by other Designers such as Principal Designers, Assistant Project Leaders and Project Leaders to ensure you are supported and set up for success in your new role with us.
Working on the design and production of the 3D model of the whole boat primary structure

Previous experience within a design role with a background from a high hazard industry such as Civil, Structures, Marine, Oil & Gas Environment / background
Ability to use CAD Packages, particularly FORAN, NX and / or Solidworks
You must be eligible to apply for SC clearance and, therefore, must hold a British passport and have lived and worked in the UK for the past 5 years
