As Designated Safeguarding & Pastoral Lead, you will play a critical role in managing safeguarding and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of residents and students.

\n Oversee the daily execution of safeguarding, behaviour, pastoral, and wellbeing policies.
\n Provide data to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
\n Deliver safeguarding and behaviour training for staff through CPD initiatives.
\n Support the school business manager with audits and compliance reports.
\n Collaborate with parents/carers, staff, and external agencies on intervention strategies.
\n Assist Service Leads in the strategic development of behaviour, pastoral care, and wellbeing policies.
\n \n What We're Looking For: \n \n DSL Training Level 3 or above \n Experience as a DSL or in a similar role \n \n Ready to take the next step in your safeguarding career?
