About the Role: As the heart and soul of safeguarding, you'll be the go-to person, trusted with ensuring safety, championing best practices, and shaping policies that prioritise wellbeing.
Your day-to-day will be dynamic - from training staff and advising on policy to connecting with parents, carers, and external agencies.
About You: You're the kind of person who instinctively knows how to support and protect.
You've got Level 3 DSL training, experience in residential care, and a natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
If you know the ins and outs of pastoral care and have experience navigating OFSTED & CQC inspections, this role is calling your name.
