Hourly rate: £54.81 - £61.06

Working Pattern: Full Time
Our client, a leading tech company, is seeking a talented Design Programme Coordinator to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and operational support for select horizontal (cross-org) critical product priorities for integrity, in partnership with Design leadership and DesignOps leadership.

Responsibilities: Support the programme strategy and execution of complex virtual-team product efforts, collaborating cross-company and cross-org.
Develop programme briefs and establish project teams, ensuring teams are set up for success with strategic planning.
Plan and work with Design partners on high-priority ideation and delivery work.
Manage and evolve pre-existing design programmes that enable collaboration across the organisation.
Partner with Design leadership to help drive alignment and decision-making.
Help shape and support net-new design operations to drive accountability.
Identify cross-team collaboration opportunities and optimise process and forums for input and approvals.
Assist with drafting communications, collecting inputs for programme reporting, and coordinating reviews.
To be successful in this role, you must have: Strong executive communication skills and leadership to drive impact.
Excellent organisational skills and experience managing ad-hoc requests, meeting deadlines, and resolving project issues.
The ability to deliver on complex, horizontal efforts through intentional planning and communication practises.
Experience streamlining operational responsibilities, communication channels, and review cadences.
The ability to synthesise complex information and provide strategic recommendations.
Deep operational and communication skillsets to streamline processes and drive project success.
Excellent prioritisation skills and adaptability to changing needs.
Time zone flexibility to work with teams across different regions.
Qualifications and Experience: Programme or project management experience.
Prior experience leading Design efforts and programmes for complex digital products.
Strong track record working with Design teams and cross-functional partners.
Prior experience in integrity, safety, trust, or customer support work preferred.
