Design Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a rapidly expanding construction company who are looking to appoint a Design Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding team with a business who deliver a wide variety of projects for major Tier 1 contractors working across a number of diverse sectors.
The Design Manager will be responsible for:
Managing a multi-disciplinary construction design team Planning and managing workload in line with project deadlines Co-ordinating specialist external engineering design Leading on the design of prestigious projects Developing designs taking into account project plans and relevant building controls Reporting and presenting on designs ensuring communication with all stakeholders The Design Manager will need:
Experience of construction based design using Revit Knowledge of building regulations Workload and team management experience Excellent communication skills Experience of working to deadlines in a fast paced environment A high level of motivation and enthusiasm to deliver and progress in a dynamic commercial business environment This role is a great opportunity to join a company with ambitious plans and a strong track record of delivery, working in a dynamic and supportive team.
