PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Design Manager in Shrewsbury to work on a new build commercial scheme.
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £300 - £400 per day
My client is a main contractor specialising in multi-million new build projects. They are currently seeking a freelance Design Manager for a commercial scheme in Shrewsbury.
Responsibilities: Attending and contributing to design meetings Liaising with clients, architects, and external consultants Managing site audits and creating proactive risk assessments Ensuring sub-contractor compliance with client specifications Ensuring project completion in line with programme Value engineering/ resolving technical and design issues Remuneration: Our client is providing exceptional pay rates dependent on the individual's experience.
