Our client is a £200m, multi divisional Main Contractor, making giant strides in Industrial & Logistics sector.  Headquartered in Central London, we are looking for the Design Manager for a £15 distribution centre project in Leatherhead.
Design Manager roles & responsibilities: Design Coordination Design Development Chairing Design Team meetings Troubleshooting any design issues that may arise High level reporting upline Design Manager experience required: Minimum 3 years No.1 Design Manager experience Leading Main Contractor / Major Project experience Major Structural Steel project experience Degree educated or similar Good BIM / tech skills   This is a red hot requirement, interviews being booked now for the first week of January.  Want to know more?  Drop me a line at Build Space HQ for full details.
