Design Manager

Henry Martin Group are partnered with a leading principle contractor who are seeking a Design Manager.
This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients.
Project values range between £50Mil - £150Mil+
As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a Commercial Office Cut + Carve project.
This project will be taken to CAT A fitout.
You will lead the day-to-day design management of this project, reporting into a Senior Design Manager who leads multiple projects.
All projects are based within central London and valued between £60m-£100m.

Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful commercial refurbishments where you've worked as the day-to-day design lead.
Other relevant sector experience will also be considered.
Due to client requirements, good sustainability experience is desirable, especially low carbon experience/knowledge.
