Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build, residential, refurbishment, and commercial schemes across the Country.

Our client is now seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead a brand new project in Hammersmith, West London.

The project consists of 380 units, a mixed-use high-rise RC Frame development with a total value of £110m.

You will have a Design Coordinator reporting into you for support, and the position will report into the Head of Design .

Our client is seeking applicants who have experience in leading design for RC Frame developments in excess of £100m.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £85k - £95k, along with a full package and bonus system on top.
