A unique opportunity to join an established High End Fit out Main Contracting world with a turnover of over £50 million in the South West London region.

They are looking for an experienced Design Manager who is hands-on with Archicad and can support their great design team that is already in place.

Required Skills & Qualifications Main contractor experience is essential Experience across a variety of sectors Ability to lead, chair, and influence multi-party teams and stakeholders Good interpersonal skills including communication and team building Full working knowledge of Traditional and Modern Methods of Construction Technical skills and the ability to use design and project management software Problem solving skills and creative thinking Attention to detail, organisation, and time management Ability to draw & read drawings Commercial awareness including budgeting and regulations Teamworking, relationship-building, and influencing skills Client management skills The ideal candidate must have worked on bespoke High End Residential Grade Listed Projects and must have a keen eye for detail.
