We are looking for a Design Manager to join our Building team based from our Moorgate office and central London projects.

Our Building team is currently working across a number of high profile commercial developments in Central London with an excellent forward pipeline.

What you'll do: Manage the design process of projects from enquiry through to submission of bids and throughout project stages to completion.
Manage the design management function for the project and coordinate the design requirements of the Client's team, the consultant design team, Skanska and the sub-contractors.
Manage the completion of design related elements for the client monthly report as well as internal governance and project controls reporting.
Work with the project leadership team to deliver against design control and project governance requirements.
Contribute to the broader Operating Unit, design management, digital and information control team agendas.
What you'll bring to the role: Bachelors' degrees in Architecture/ Engineering or a design related field.
Experience of delivering construction projects (£50m-£200m+) commercial office projects working through bid, PCSA and delivery stages, and successfully converting and delivering on quality, time and to budget.
Experience of working with a broad range of stakeholders, including functional experts, senior stakeholders, technical leads.
