They are now seeking a talented Design Manager to join their team and lead the design process for their exclusive projects.


The Role:
As Design Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless integration of design and construction processes, working collaboratively with internal teams, clients, architects, and consultants.
You will oversee all stages of the design lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout.


Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the design process for high-end residential projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project requirements.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure designs are buildable, cost-effective, and delivered on time.
Coordinate and chair design meetings, producing detailed reports and action plans.
Oversee design development, managing any changes to the scope or specifications effectively.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning permissions, and industry standards.
Conduct quality checks on design deliverables, ensuring they meet aesthetic and technical requirements.
Provide technical guidance to project teams and troubleshoot design-related issues as they arise.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for design-related matters.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Design Manager, ideally within high-end residential construction.
Strong understanding of luxury design principles, materials, and construction methods.
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in design and project management software.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
