As they continue to deliver innovative, high-profile projects, they are now looking for a skilled Design Manager with a structural engineering background/qualification to join the team.

The Role
Lead and coordinate the design process from inception to completion, ensuring seamless integration across structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines.
Work closely with the project teams, clients, architects, and consultants to bring ambitious designs to life.
Evaluate designs for constructability, quality, and value engineering opportunities.
Oversee technical problem-solving and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Produce and drive the design program, maintaining clear communication and alignment with project goals.
About You
A structural engineering qualification or strong background—essential for managing complex refurbishment and retrofit challenges.
Proven experience in design management, ideally in refurbishment or retrofit projects.
The ability to think creatively and solve technical challenges with confidence.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders.
A proactive, detail-oriented approach to ensure the highest standards of quality and delivery.
