The objectives are as follows: Deliver a high level of professionalism in our design and project management approach enhancing the overall client experience.
Oversee internal processes and design to align with our project appointments.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time and through the design control process maintaining the highest quality standards.
Achieve zero noncompliance issues during project audits.
Streamline workflows to free up time for our current project engineers and leaders.
Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Experience in the construction and MEP sectors with a solid understanding of the operations and services.
A background in Design and Project Management within the construction industry preferably in a consultancy setting.
Proficiency in IT systems enabling effective use of the tools utilised by Hoare Lea.
Ability to work independently while also following direction from the senior leadership team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrating confidence and assertiveness in interactions with individuals at all levels fostering strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask complemented by a positive team spirit.
